My Children, since I was told I probably would not be able to have any, and I have three beautiful children!
Honestly? A baby doll I got for Christmas right before my fourth birthday. I have never been so thrilled by a gift again. My grandfather made a wooden cradle and it came with clothes, bottles and stuff.
My favorite gifts are little craft items made by my children when they were in school. My son made 2 leather tooled coasters in cub scouts and my daughter made a pottery cup in girl scouts. I still have them and treasure each one.
A trip to Switzerland with my husband!

my Kindle Fire!
My husband of 39 years was my greatest gift. He passed away on August 1st of last year and I miss him terribly. Thank goodness for my 2 dogs! I would be lost without them.
Being accepted to college after everyone said I would never go.

My husband went to my favorite gift shop and bought a beautiful vase for me. Many years later it is still one of my favorite ever gifts.

My husband surprised me with a diamond anniversary band for our 15th wedding anniversary. He is not a big jewelry person so it was a big surprise.

The best gift I received was a few years ago. My boyfriend gave me a Cricut Expression and lots of crafty goodness. I wasn't expecting anything more, and was completely surprised with a Kindle keyboard. It was the first time I'd even really heard of an ereader/ebooks and finally jumped in to the ebook world. I had that Kindle for a few years and recently had to replace it, but I love that he loved me enough to find a gift that would make me super happy every single day, forever. :)

Best gift ever was the kindle my husband gave me in 2009. He'd switched over to Active Duty service & when we did our first military move, I'd had to get rid of a lot of books. A few months after the move, he gave me the kindle with a note that said I'd never have to leave a book behind again.
best gift - my two daughters.
My dog, Donnie. His mother was my dog and she got knocked up and my dad was going to make me give all the puppies away but he saw the bond I had with one of the puppies. After he had taken a box of them to work to give to the maids who worked at the motel where he was manager, I was waiting in the car crying. When he came back out with the box and sat it in the seat, all the puppies were gone except Donnie. <3 He said "ask me again if you can keep him." The gift was made all that more special when my dad died less than a year later. I still have Donnie and he is my best friend. I have had him for 5 years in August. Best present ever. It is silly that a dog is so special to me, but when I look at him, I always remember that day when dad brought him back to the car. <3
The forgiveness of a sizable loan (which I'd been dutifully repaying). I was SO surprised and grateful.
My best gift is probably the nook my brother got me. I remember reading on my phone and it was bad for my eye sight since I already have bad eye sight so he got me one so I don't have to squint to read
