My Favorite Things Post from Samanthe Beck

Massive CONGRATULATIONS to Ramblings from this Chick on its 6th anniversary, and thank you to Dani for inviting me to be a part of the celebration! Any list of my favorite things includes Dani and RFTC right at the top, but you can probably guess that much, so let’s dig into some of my favorite things you don’t already know. Just like my underwear drawer, my list is in no particular order.

• My girl Robin Bielman: If you don’t have Robin in your life, you need to! She’s sweet, funny, and an insanely talented writer.

By rights, I should hate her for all the talent, but she’s so sweet and funny, I can’t!

• Wine: Red is my favorite, but I like white for day drinking. (Note pic).

Bubbly for celebrating. Pink bubbly for celebrating my book releases—I’m not sure why—but that’s how I roll. Now, I don’t always drink wine, but when I do, I like to drink it with…

• My girl Hayson Manning: Hayson is good for more than just a drinking buddy. (Though she makes a great one, as I think the picture demonstrates).

She also shops! She writes amazing books! She loves it when I text her pictures like this one below, without any context because I feel the awesomeness speaks for itself. As does hers.

• My upcoming Brazen, Emergency Attraction:

If you’re familiar with the Love Emergency series, you know this is Sinclair’s story. You’ve watched this sassy, capable woman herd tipsy moms, slap some sense into her soon-to-be brother-in-law, and drag a best man twice her size onto the dance floor. Sometimes it seemed like there was nothing Sinclair couldn’t handle, so naturally, I threw Shane into her path. He’s her worst mistake from the past, and she’s determined to keep him in the ‘been there, done that, got the t-shirt’ bucket, but Shane has other ideas!
