Chelsea M. Cameron is a New York Times/USA Today Best Selling author from Maine. Lover of things random and ridiculous, Jane Austen/Charlotte and Emily Bronte Fangirl, red velvet cake enthusiast, obsessive tea drinker, vegetarian, former cheerleader and world's worst video gamer. When not writing, she enjoys watching infomercials, singing in the car, tweeting (this one time, she was tweeted by Neil Gaiman) and playing fetch with her cat, Sassenach. She has a degree in journalism from the University of Maine, Orono that she promptly abandoned to write about the people in her own head. More often than not, these people turn out to be just as weird as she is.
Trish and Max’s Back to School Shopping Lists:
Trish:
*caffeine (in any form: coffee, red bull, WHATEVER)
*plenty of cool notebooks (for jotting down thoughts, taking notes or drawing cartoons of terrible professors)
*pens in crazy colors (because black is totally boring)
*hair bleach and orange hair dye (gotta keep the hair looking good)
*violet contact lenses (because they’re cool)
*new black combat boots (for stomping and getting your point across)
*jumper cables (in case the wreck Stryker gave me craps out)
*new music (for study time and maybe a little bit of dancing)
*the newest Nicholas Sparks (shut up)
Max:
*Notebooks, pens, the usual. (I’m not picky about that crap, as long as it’s cheap since I have to buy all of it myself with no help from my parents)
*blue hair dye (for use on my head by Trish ONLY)
*khakis (for working at the front desk at the gym)
*massive amounts of body wash (for getting rid of the smell of pizza from working in the kitchen at a pizza place)
*Jeans or whatever (I don’t really think about what I wear)
*snacks (for late night cram sessions and also to prevent Hangry Trish)
*good pair of headphones (for blocking everyone else out)
*gas card (just kidding. I don’t have a car)
Together We HealTrish Grant is not a romantic. Okay, so she may read her share of romance novels, but that doesn’t mean she thinks that some fellow with a six pack is going to ride up on a horse and sweep her (literally) off her feet. Romance like that just isn’t for her. It belongs on the page.Max Greene noticed Trish at his cousin’s funeral, of all places. She was hard to miss with her citrus-colored hair, violet contacts and fiery attitude.Trish is just as captivated by Max. He makes her laugh, which is rare, and it doesn’t hurt that he rocks blue hair and isn't put off by her resting bitch face.On the outside, their relationship seems sweet and perfect, but that's a lie. To say that Trish's childhood was rocky is an understatement. She's a mess of scars and hangups and is convinced that there's no way Max is going to stick around. He's determined to prove to Trish that she's a girl worth loving, flaws and all. Will she let Max in? Or will she give up her potential fairytale to protect her already-scarred heart from further damage?
