I’m a totally foodie so when I am going to Indulge, food is definitely in the picture. One of the things my husband and I like to do is take mini vacations to Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. I call this our eating vacation, lol. We plan our trips around our favorite restaurants. I’m not kidding! The first place we hit up is Gritty McDuff’s in Freeport Maine, for Lobster Mac and Cheese, and craft beer! So good. The next day we hit the road and head to Kittery, not just for the outlet shopping but also for When Pigs Fly. Have you heard of this place? They sell the best breads and sweets, and beside the bakery they have a restaurant. I always go for the turkey BLT on savory cranberry bread. This is like Christmas on a sandwich! Up next we travel to The Pointe at Castle Hill in Vermont. We spend a couple of nights here, and let me tell you the chef is amazing. I’ve had some of the best meals in my life at this place! After that we head home and hit the same spots all over again. Then I hit the treadmill and exercise bike like a crazy person. But it’s so worth it.
