New York Times bestselling author Kelsie Leverich lives in Indiana with her husband, two adorable monsters—who are better known as her kids—and her three little fur babies. Whether she is reading it or writing it, Kelsie is a sucker for romance. Add some toe-curling passion and she’s done for. When not writing, she can usually be found behind the chair at the salon, or out on the lake with friends and family.
Kelsie is a lipstick junkie, nail polish hoarder, and lover of words. She is most definitely not a morning person, has a soft spot for animals, loves musicals, hates seafood, and thinks laundry is the source of all evil.
Ah, summer!
No more waking up super early to get the kids ready for school, there is constantly an endless supply of watermelon at every meal, and I’m pretty sure nothing beats little league baseball under the lights.
There are so many great things to do in summer. Oh great, now all I can picture in my mind is Olaf dancing through a meadow. “In Suummmer!” You’re welcome for that. Don’t worry I’m sure it won’t be stuck in your head all day. I hope. (At least it wasn’t that other really annoying Frozen song we all hate but can’t help but sing every time we hear it.)
Okay, back on track. Summer.
Summer is my favorite time of year. My family and I (and I’m talking extended family, too) spend the majority of our summer in the water together. Whether it’s on the lake, in a pool, or at the beach, we tend to plan our summer days around water time. Which has turned this momma into a sunscreen Nazi because my babes are blonde-headed, fair-skinned cuties!
I’d have to say, hands down, boating is our favorite summer activity, and we’re usually on the lake a couple times a week. I love anchoring in the cove and sprawling out on the back of the boat, beer in one hand and kindle in the other. My TBR list is endless, but on those hot summer days, I always choose a sexy Entangled category romance to indulge in for a few hours.
My Entangled Brazen, Lovers Restored, is sure to add a little extra heat to those summer days. And guess what? I’m giving away a digital copy! If you’ve already snagged Lovers Restored, no biggie, there are so many other great Entangled romances to choose from!
I want to thank Ramblings of This Chick for including me in this awesome Surf, Sand, and Books event. Keep cool, and for those momma’s out there, stay sane!
So much need. So much desire…It's been exactly ten years since Halle Morgan last set foot in her tiny hometown. Now she's back, but only long enough to honor the memory of her best friend and try to leave the past behind her. But with one look at Cooper Bale, Halle knows there is no escape from the past—or from the man she wants like no other.Cooper can't let go of his painful memories, or the guilt that tore him and Halle apart. And try as he might, he can't forget the bittersweet night they once shared. Even now, longing sizzles between them, potent and insatiable. Though blissful nights spent in Halle's arms heal the bitterness in Cooper's heart, they know they have no future…until they let go of the past that brought them together.

I grew up spending my summers in the water too, and I loved it. We had a pool at my house, but we also went to the local public pool. We also always took swim lessons. Every day, I was in the water. Trying to do the same with my boys. Thanks for the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteYour bio sounds like it could have been written about me! I'm a lipstick and nail polish whore too! Mornings, seafood and laundry - YUCK! And don't get my started about Olaf! For Christmas I got a shirt that has Olaf on it with the saying "Some people are worth melting for". And I just watch Frozen 2 nights ago!
ReplyDeleteI love the water and sun too! Used to love water skiing, but now that I hit 50, it's a little painful on the joints.
We're soul sisters!
