Kennedy Ryan writes contemporary romance and women's fiction. She always give her characters their happily ever after, but loves to make them work for it! It's a long road to love, so sit back and enjoy the ride. In an alternative universe and under her government issue name, Tina Dula, she is a wife to the love of her life, mom to a special, beautiful son, and a friend to those living with autism through her foundation Myles-A-Part, serving Georgia families.
Her writings on Autism have appeared in Chicken Soup for the Soul, and she has been featured on the Montel Williams Show, NPR, Headline News and others. Ryan is donating a portion of her proceeds to her own foundation and to her charitable partner, Talk About Curing Autism (TACA).
Her interview series MOMMIES DO THE MOST AMAZING THINGS is featured each month in Brooke Burke's online magazine Modern Mom.
Top 5 book boyfriends
1. Paul Hudson – How To Kill A Rock Star by Tiffanie DeBartolo
Paul is not your typical hero. He is a mold-breaking hero. His rival in the book is bigger, more handsome and physically the better deal. But Paul's is the most dynamic character, and his incredible giftedness, his offbeat humor, his sharp intelligence and fierce honesty make him the obvious choice for he heroine.
2. Ethan Blackstone – Blackstone Affair series by Raine Miller. Love his possessiveness and acceptance of Brynne, scandalous past and all. And how completely he falls for her. He has to press past his own demons from his military past to make their relationship work, and is willing to do whatever it takes. And his brogue doesn't hurt! LOL!
3. Gideon Cross – Crossfire series by Sylvia Day. Similar to Ethan, he is possessive and all the typical alpha characteristics, but he is also incredibly tender with Eva. He had so much to fight through as a sex abuse survivor, and really presses to make it work. I'm not an "instalove" fan necessarily, but the swiftness of his fall for Eva works, and leaves us as dizzy as it leaves her.
4. Professor Emerson – Gabriel’s Inferno by Sylvain Reynard. I love how brilliant the professor is. Seeing his transformation from acerbic and cutting to absolute head over heels for Julia was awesome. She is his weak spot.
5. Jake Dunn – The Dark Light of Day by T.M. Frazier. I love how berserker he is for Abby. No limits love. He is dark and violent, but she is like the center of his storm. I love that even when he thought her baby wasn't his, he was IN. His love for her erases all the lines, all the boundaries. Balls to the walls.

ReplyDeleteSandra, it is my privilege to speak and lobby for our families any chance I get, with any platform! My son is 14 and on the more severe end of the spectrum. We probably have a lot in common. Have you heard about the FB support group we started for bookworms who are autism mommies? It is called PIECE OF MY HEART. We would love to have you. 😋
