ARC Review: When We Kiss by Tia Louise

When We Kiss is a standalone story from Tia Louise, though if you have read her book When We Touch, this world will be familiar to you. I couldn’t wait to get more and Tia Louise delivered another great contemporary story here. Chad and Tabby were fun to read about and I think readers are going to love their story!

Tabby is known as the town wild child, despite being the preacher’s niece. Chad Tucker is retired military and the Sheriff’s deputy, poised to take over the position once the current sheriff retires. They shouldn’t mix, yet since the moment they laid eyes on one another things have been simmering between them. When it becomes more than they can fight and they share a kiss, they both know that things won’t be the same.

I loved these two. They were opposites in a lot of ways, yet they worked perfectly together. Tabby was sweet and independent, and so much more than the reputation she had. Chad was sexy and kind, and I loved how Tabby brought out the fun and playful side of him. These two were just so easy to fall for and I found myself not wanting to put their book down. They had amazing chemistry and a great connection.

Overall, this was a great story. It was sweet and sexy and I enjoyed it from start to finish. I definitely recommend this one if you are looking for a solid contemporary romance that will keep you captivated from the first page to the last.
