RFTC Hall Pass Event with Robin Covington

Robin Covington loves to explore the theme of fooling around and falling in love in her sexy, bestselling books. When she’s not writing sexy, sizzling romance she’s collecting tasty man candy pics, hoarding red nail polish, indulging in a little comic book geek love, and obsessing over Dean Winchester. Don't send chocolate . . . send eye candy!

The Main Man and I have long-standing joke in our house. I always have a “ding-dong boyfriend”: the guy who can show up at the door to our house, ring the bell (Ding! Dong!) and sweep me away with no hard feelings. I’ve given this a lot of thought, so coming up with my list of hall pass book boyfriends was easy peasy.

1. Nick Ward from EXTREME DANGER by Shannon McKenna: It is commonly known that at least one electronic device that I own is named after this guy. He is damaged, dirty-talking, dangerous, and the sexiest thing who ever went down on a girl on a couch. I have re-read this book so many times that I’ve bought a second paperback copy and my e-reader has groove marks on the electronic file. No lie.

2. Aaron in LIFE AFTER JOE by Harper Fox. Oh man. This book just gets me in the gut every time I read it and its all because of Aaron. Oil rigger who is enduring terrible loss but still ventures into the world of potential heartache with a man who is self-destructive and not quite over his ex. Aaron’s courage and sweet, sexy calm make me ooze with emotion with every word.

3. Maksimilian Sevastyan in THE MASTER by Kresley Cole: Okay, I have thing for bad men. Not men who play at being bad by tatting themselves up and droping the “F”-bomb every other word. Nope. I love men who have done terrible things and have no regrets. I love men who go after what they want with a ruthless intensity. I love it when these men fall hard like ancient redwoods and shake the very ground I stand upon. This guy does this for me. Sigh.

4. Caden Grayson in HEARTS IN DARKNESS by Laura Kaye: Holy moly. Laura has heard me get all goo-goo about her hero so many times that she probably thinks I’m a broken record. But this guy…I would love to caught in a dark elevator with him. Sweet. Kind. Sexy. Edgy. All of the above!

5. Flynn in WILLING VICTIM by Cara McKenna: This book and this is hero is so hot that I swear he melted my first Kindle. This book involves acts that delve deeply into the questions of consensual sexual acts that live in the dark shadows. Flynn is the perfect man to pull it off with his hard lines, brutal strength and honesty about what he wants and needs. The only thing hotter is the guy underneath it all…*fans self*

So, that’s my list! Are these all new to you or do you share my obsession?

She’s nothing but trouble...and he can’t resist.

Raised by a pro football legend, Miami Thunder wide receiver Rep Grissom has a career most would envy. A toxic marriage with a party girl almost put him on the sidelines, but now he keeps his head down and makes the moves on the field that leave younger players in his dust. Now all he has to do is maintain the status quo and he’s guaranteed a lucrative new contract at an age when most guys are retiring.

Lola Corbin is used to leaving all the big boys in her rearview mirror. The lead singer in the worlds biggest rock band she fills up arenas and closes down the clubs but with the group on the brink of breaking apart her future is uncertain. Years spent on the road has left her with nothing at home except platinum records on the walls, an empty fridge and a cold bed. For the first time, she’s looking for something and someone beyond the spotlight.

When Lola’s first night in her condo ends with Rep breaking up a fight he realizes that temptation has moved in next door. Lola doesn’t usually go for the strong and serious types, but the more she sees of her neighbor, the more she wants. When a thank you dinner turns into dancing and a hot tryst in the back of the club their attraction cannot be denied. But when Lola-induced trouble results in a front-page-career-ending spectacle the player must decide if he’s going to be as daring with his heart as he is on the field.

  2. I haven't read any of your hall pass guys, EXCEPT for Caden Grayson. And. I. Love. Him. Like, I love him hard. For a novella, that story really packs a punch. I would do anything to be stuck with him in an elevator. lol!
