Feature and Giveaway: Bayside Escape by Melissa Foster

Fall in love at Bayside, where sandy beaches, good friends, and true love come together in the sweet small towns of Cape Cod. Bayside Summers is a series of standalone steamy romance novels featuring alpha male heroes and sexy, empowered women. They're fun, flirty, flawed, deeply emotional, always passionate, and easy to relate to.

Hold on to your hat for Violet's wildly hot love story! Lizza is up to her old tricks again, and Violet is in for the surprise of a lifetime!

Two years ago Violet Vancroft was a nomadic artist who never wanted to put down roots and Andre Shaw was a prominent Boston physician whose roots ran too deep to unearth. Their love didn't stand a chance-or at least that's what Violet believed when she received a plea for help from the sister she'd never really known-so she snuck away like a thief in the night.

Now Andre travels the world setting up new medical clinics, and Violet has finally found the family she'd always craved and the roots she'd never known she wanted. When their paths cross unexpectedly, it's not the reunion either one imagined. But they've never stopped loving each other, and after the dust of anger and hurt settles, passion ignites even hotter than before. As the end to Andre's time at the Cape nears, reality sets in, leaving them no closer to a future than they were before. Violet and Andre are forced to dig deep to discover if they're destined to live apart forever or if true love really can conquer all.

Feature and Giveaway: Thrill of Love by Melissa Foster

Do you believe in fate?

World-renowned mountain climber and nature photographer Ty Braden never believed in second dates, much less heart-pounding, steal-his-breath love. But that was before a trip to Saint-Luc, where he met funny, strong, and entrancingly beautiful Aiyla Bell, a ski instructor and fellow photographer whose hopes and dreams, and love of the outdoors, aligned perfectly with his—and whose kisses alone turned him inside out.

After spending five magical days and four sweet, soulful nights falling in love, Aiyla couldn’t imagine a day without Ty. But when he asked her to go with him on his next assignment, his reputation for having women at his beck and call stopped her from upending the life she’d worked so hard to create.

Months later fate steps in when a chance encounter brings Ty and Aiyla together for a five-day wilderness event held in the Colorado Mountains. Their deep, passionate connection is stronger than ever, and Ty is bound and determined not to lose her again. But when tragedy strikes and their worlds are turned upside down, their love faces the truest test of all.

ARC Review: The Real Thing by Melissa Foster

Melissa Foster is one of my favorite authors. Whatever she writes, I read. I was so excited about The Real Thing though as it is the first book in her new Sugar Lake series, and she definitely delivered here. The Real Thing was a fantastic start to this series and some of her best work yet!

Zane Walker is best friends with Willow Dalton's brother, but the two have always been somewhat close. When Willow wanted to lose her virginity she could think of no one else but Zane, and he was happy to help. Now years later he is the one asking for the favor when he finds himself needing to improve his reputation for his upcoming movie roll. But can Willow possibly hold onto her heart and avoid being hurt again when he asks her to pretend to be his fiancé?

I loved these two so much! Their relationship was fun and sweet, and their connection was strong despite not really being around one another for years. I loved that they kept in touch through text, and that whenever they really needed anything they knew it they could turn to one another. There was so much going on that neither one of them knew about, and it was clear that age and circumstances played into that a lot. My heart broke for them missing out on so much together, and yet had one thing been different things might not have worked out as they should. The one thing that was obvious was that these two belonged together, and I honestly just adored them both! Willow was super sweet and just a great person and Zane was as well.

Overall, these are some of my favorite characters from Melissa Foster yet! I don't know how she continues to come up with such unique and different characters that always feel so real. But each and every time she makes me fall in love with them and Willow and Zane were amazing. This book was sweet and sexy, full of fun moments and all the feels. You can never go wrong with Melissa Foster's books, but The Real Thing is one of my favorites of hers. I can't wait to get more in this world, and I highly recommend this one!

Guest Post with Author Alyson Chase and Giveaway

Alyson Chase writes historical romances that are just a bit…naughty. She is a former attorney, and thought that her flair for dramatic and sexy writing was seriously undervalued in her legal career. She also writes under the name Allyson Charles.

She lives in Northern California where the incredible weather and natural beauty so far outweigh the overcrowding and congested freeways. Also, the food in the Bay Area rocks.

ARC Review: Swept Into Love by Melissa Foster

Swept Into Love is the fifth Ryders book by Melissa Foster, with these also being set in her Love in Bloom world. Each book is a standalone story though, so don't worry if you haven't read the previous books. I love these books so much, and it is so much fun to get to know each of the characters through the interconnected books and I recommend reading them in order though it isn't necessary. Each book is such a great read though and Melissa Foster never disappoints.

Sally lost her husband years ago, leaving her to raise her son alone. Her rock has been her best friend Gage, and while there has been something simmering between them, they have never gone there. But with her son headed to college and Sally and Gage off to open a new youth center together, they find themselves unable to fight what has been growing between them. But could one night together be the start of their future together, or could it ruin their friendship altogether.

I love Melissa's heroes, and Gage is one of my favorites yet! He definitely made me swoon with his sweetness and how sexy he was. He was kind and caring and really patient, there wasn't a single thing I didn't like about him. Sally had been through a lot and was afraid to have something with Gage because of her guilt of moving on. I understood that and I was glad that she had Gage. He was exactly what she needed, and these two were so great together. There was chemistry between them and you could feel the attraction. But their connection was what made them special, and you could see that it was such a foundation for a future because they had grown so close over a period of time. This wasn't something instant, and it had developed naturally making it seem that much more real and believable.

Overall, another great read from Melissa Foster. She just seems to get better with each book she writes! I love these books so much and if you are a contemporary romance fan you need to be reading Melissa Foster's books. She is definitely the queen of contemporary and I can't recommend her books enough. If it has her name on it, it automatically gets added to my TBR list. Swept Into Love was fantastic and is definitely at the top of my list of favorites from her to date.

Feature and Giveaway: The Importance of Being Scandalous by Kimberly Bell

A horse race in trousers on Rotten Row. Visiting a gaming hall in a dress that would make her mother faint. Sneaking an invitation to a masquerade ball attended by only the wickedest, most debauched members of society…

None of these things are scaring off bookish but strong-willed Amelia Bishop’s stuffy, egotistical fiancé.

The only thing left is to entice childhood friend Nicholas Wakefield into a truly engagement-ending scandal. The Wakefields are the height of propriety, and Nicholas’s parents have made it clear a wife from the neighboring Bishop family would be unacceptable…

But Nicholas would give up his family and his fortune if Amelia would ever see him as more than just a childhood friend. He’ll go along with her scheme, even if it means ruining them both, because he’s got a plan that will change her mind about him being merely the boy next door.

Guest Post with Author Laura Trentham and Giveaway

An award-winning author, Laura Trentham was born and raised in a small town in Tennessee. Although, she loved English and reading in high school, she was convinced an English degree equated to starvation. She chose the next most logical major—Chemical Engineering—and worked in a hard hat and steel toed boots for several years.

She writes sexy, small town contemporaries and smoking hot Regency historicals. The first two books of her Falcon Football series were named Top Picks by RT Book Reviews magazine. Then He Kissed Me, a Cottonbloom novel, was named as one of Amazon’s best romances of 2016. When not lost in a cozy Southern town or Regency England, she's shuttling kids to soccer, helping with homework, and avoiding the Mt. Everest-sized pile of laundry that is almost as large as the to-be-read pile of books on her nightstand.

Feature and Giveaway: Eye Candy by Jessica Lemmon

Don’t trust lust at first sight. One woman chooses reality over fantasy in this friends-to-lovers romance.

Jacqueline: As an adult woman—and the vice president of a marketing firm—I shouldn’t be waiting by my office window to ogle the mystery man who jogs by every morning at 11:45. Sure, he’s a gorgeous, perfect specimen of the human race, but I can’t bring myself to hit on a total stranger. However, my best friend–slash–colleague Vince Carson thinks I should do more than talk to the guy. In fact, he’s borderline obsessive about “getting me laid.” (His words.) But the more time we spend together, the more it’s clear: The one I’m falling for is Vince.

Vince: Jackie Butler’s got it bad for some pompous, over-pumped A-hole who struts his stuff past her window. That doesn’t bother me. I know she deserves nice things. What does bother me is that she friend-zoned me big-time last year, so I can’t ask her out myself. But what if I set her up with Mr. Steroids? Then, when he breaks her heart, I can swoop in and save her like the nice guy I am. Everything’s going according to plan . . . until we share a ridiculously epic kiss. And suddenly anything is possible.

Sully Hart has had enough of the nomad lifestyle. Travelling with his father’s carnival gave him adventures, but it cost him much more. Guest Post with Author Lia Riley and Giveaway

After studying at the University of Montana-Missoula, Lia Riley scoured the world armed only with a backpack, overconfidence and a terrible sense of direction. She counts shooting vodka with a Ukranian mechanic in Antarctica, sipping yerba mate with gauchos in Chile and swilling fourex with stationhands in Outback Australia among her accomplishments.

ARC Review: Bad Boys After Dark: Carson by Melissa Foster

It definitely doesn't need to be said at this point if you follow my reviews, but I LOVE Melissa Foster! She writes fantastic and unique stories that are heartwarming as well as sexy. Carson's book was no exception and this just might be my new favorite of hers. I know I say that with almost every new book of hers, but she just keeps getting better and better!

Carson and Tawny were close through college but everything changed when Tawny suddenly ended things and left him behind. She married someone else and they went years without speaking. But after the loss of her father, Tawny was forced to look at her life and realized that she had never been able to let Carson go. She got a divorce and spent a couple of years rebuilding her life, but when she saw that his family was doing an event for charity she knew it was time to find Carson again before she could move on for good. But once Carson sees Tawny he knows that he can't let her go again, and he will do whatever it takes to make her see they belong together once and for all.

I absolutely loved these two! Tawny was a character that I very easily related to. Throughout college she had some insecurities about her sexuality and desires and it kept her from really allowing herself to go after what she wanted. But after some age and maturity she really came into her own and I loved that she embraced it all. Carson was really understanding about everything that had happened and I loved that he supported her and made sure to let her know that she should always come to him with questions or concerns. I loved how he placed such importance on communication and being open with one another. It was so refreshing to read about a couple that was mature and faced things head on rather than by hiding things or just assuming the other one would just know without ever being told. They had great chemistry and were super sexy together, and their connection was so genuine and real. I just loved everything about them.

Overall, this was another winner from Melissa Foster as are all the others I have read from her. I truly felt like this book was one that I could relate to though and I was invested right from the start. I loved the characters and their second chance at love and I couldn't get enough of them together. The more I think about this story the more I fall in love with it and I think readers should definitely check this one out. Melissa Foster is a fantastic writer, always delivering a solid story with unique and lovable characters and just enough sweet and sexy to keep her readers hungry for me. This is one of my favorites from her and I can't recommend it enough!
