RFTC Hall Pass Event with RFTC Reviewer Team

For today's hall pass entry we're doing things a bit differently...all of us at RFTC thought it would be fun to share all of our Hall Pass picks with everyone. We'll also be giving away a book from each of our lists. =)

Dani

Zsadist from Lover Awakened by JR Ward

I can't even begin to count the amount of times I've read this book and it's all because of Zsadist. He's definitely misjudged. He's such a fierce lover and warrior. He's loyal to those he loves and he will do anything and I mean ANYTHING for Bella. He's gone through hell and back and I just want to wrap him in my arms and hug him.

Drew Evans from Tangled by Emma Chase

Cocky and a bit self absorbed but you can't help but love him. He's witty and fiercely loyal and when he falls he falls hard. Honestly I just can't resist him.

Cameron Hamilton from Wait for You by J. Lynn/Jennifer L. Armentrout

There just aren't enough words to describe my love for Cam. He's sweet, caring, loyal and an all-around great guy. Plus he bakes and I don't know about you but I find that hella attractive. Oh and let's not forget that he's a soccer player and I definitley have a weakness for sexy soccer players. =)

Dean Holder from Hopeless by Colleen Hoover

I just love Holder to pieces. He's willing to do whatever he has to to be with Sky and to keep her safe. He's 100% commited to her and you can't help but love him.

Louis McNally II from Chase Me by Tessa Bailey

Handsdown my favorite hero from Tessa Bailey (though Brent comes in a very close second). He's funny, sweet, cute and so relatable. He's a lawyer that fights for the good guys and he'll do whatever it takes to help his friends. Oh and did I mention he's a dirty talker? Yep! Louis McNally II is damn sexy and I just can't resist him.

*Honorable Mentions*
Andrew Fucking Hamilton - Reasonable Doubt by Whitney G.
Drew Baylor - The Hook Up by Kristen Callihan
Logan - Wild by Sophie Jordan
Daemon Black - The Lux Series by Jennifer L. Armentrout
Logan Scott - Because You're Mine by Lisa Kleypas
Sawyer Thompson - Head Over Heels by Jill Shalvis

Archer Hale from Archer's Voice by Mia Sheridan

I feel like there aren't really enough words to describe my love for Archer. He is so sweet and thoughtful and strong. He had such a rough life and yet he was absolutely a beautiful man inside and out. When Archer loves, he does it with his whole being.

Cameron Hamilton from Wait For You by Jennifer L. Armentrout

I absolutely love Cam! This guy is sexy and funny, yet sweet and adorable. Cam is so real to me, and he is just one of those good guys that what you see is what you get with him. Cam and his cookies are just irresistible.

Tristan Bress from Withering Hope by Layla Hagen

Tristan is one of those characters that I will remember forever. He is protective and caring, and he would do whatever it takes to look out for his heroine. Though Tristan had a lot of obstacles standing in his way, he never quit fighting and faced everything head on, always making sure that his girl was his top priority.

Andrew Fucking Hamilton from Reasonable Doubt by Whitney G

Andrew is hot! He knows what he wants and he isn't afraid to go after it. I loved his dirty mouth and the fact that he always said what was on his mind. Seriously he might be the sexiest hero I have ever read about!

Brent Mason from Asking For Trouble by Tessa Bailey

I freaking love Tessa's heroes and their dirty mouths, but Brent is by far my favorite! This guy is absolutely impossible not to fall in love with. He is sexy and comes off a bit cocky, but underneath he is really thoughtful and supportive. Brent really just has it all, and he is everything you could want in a sexy book boyfriend.

Diana

Dain from Lord of Scoundrels by Loretta Chase

Dain is the optima of an anti-hero and yet he was wonderful to read about and he was a perfect match for Jessica! He is often thought to but the Devil to shame!

Picnic from Reaper’s Stand by Joanna Wylde

It does not get more alpha than Picnic. He is the president of the Motorcycle club “The Reapers.” He is a widower who has undying loyalty to those he loves.

Sebastian from The Devil in Winter by Lisa Kleypas

Only Lisa Keyplass can write a character like Sebastian. He was all parts charm and deception. In true Keyplass fashion, he turns into the perfect hero.

Levi Cooper from The Best Man by Kristan Higgins

Levi is the quiet, tall dark and handsome guy. He is not to be messed with but is a complete sweetheart.

Philip, Earl of Somerton from How to School Your Scoundrel by Juliana Grey

Philip was such a fascinating anti-hero/hero. I never thought I would end up liking him but I did! He was such a terrible hero I thought the author would never be able to redeem him.

Hannah

Decker from You Own Me by Shiloh Walker

Whenever someone says book boyfriend this is the first one I think of. Decker protected when he loved even when it meant serving time in prison. He whole heartedly loved and never stopped loving even when he had to stand aside and wait when she was with someone else just biding his time.

Curran from the Kate Daniels Series by Ilona Andrews

I think its self explanatory to anyone who has read the Kate Daniels series. Curran is the best kind of Alpha male and it doesn’t hurt that he quotes The Princess Bride.

Grayson Pierce from Sigma Force Series by James Rollins

So it’s not romance, its action adventure, thriller mystery, science fiction. Gray is the Commander in a secret military organization he is intelligent, strong, and sexy. Through the adventures he has with Sigma Force he shows a great military mind with a heart of gold and fully willing to risk his life for humankind.

Matt Dean from Sweet Revenge by Rebecca Zanetti

Matt is a genetically modified, raised to be a weapon of destruction, his creators never counted on his love and loyalty to his brothers. He is also strong willed and protective; when he finally opens his heart to a woman he never will let her go.

Kit Colbana from the Colbana Files by J.C. Daniels

Okay so Kit is not a boy, but if I swung that way I would so do her. Kit is the epitome of everything I look for in any characters, male or female. She has been to hell and back; she healed and was ready to fight again, ready to face her fears. She is quick witted and secure with her place in her life and in Damon’s. Kit has bumped Kate Daniels and Anita Blake out of place of my favorites and as my girl crush.

Lorraine Joy

Liam Hunter from Devil's Game by Joanna Wylde

I love the MC guys who will go charging into hell, guns blazing for their woman. It doesn't hurt when they're also willing to give up everything for love.

Jon Drazen from The Submission Series by CD Reiss

Yes yes yes, give me a dominating, aggressive red head any day. Jon is the perfect type of possessive boyfriend. He wants to own you but not to tame you. He wants to possess you but only if it's your choice. And I'm in love.

Zeth from The Blood and Roses Series by Callie Hart

For the straight up borderline sociopath loving ladies. Zeth is so wonderfully tortured and driven. He wants a good girl but he knows he isn't a good man. Zeth would kill in a heartbeat but he would never let harm come to his lady. He can also do some amazing things with a Popsicle. Yup!

Gideon Cross from Books 1-3 of The Crossfire Series (but not Book 4 Gideon) by Sylvia Day

I refuse to talk about Book 4 Gideon, but the Gideon from Books 1-3 was perfect. Gideon was the picture of the kind of intense focus that every woman dreams about getting from a lover. It was borderline obsessive but who doesn't want to be the obsession of a fine as sin billionaire?

Lacy

Trent Kalamack from Dead Witch Walking by Kim Harrison

I am a sucker for a ruthless businessman with the potential to be lethal, and a heart of gold buried deep, waiting to be unsurfaced. He’s an elf with astonishingly good looks, a trim build, and a reckless passion to stay the course. He is loyal, and has an inner strength that shines. The perfect mix of good and bad, and the ability to adapt is perfection. Plus, Trent and Rachel have the best chemistry and he never holds her back. He trusts in her, and he also loses everything and accepts it with grace once he’s finally got her. Trent is my ultimate hero.

Lucan Thorne from Kiss of Midnight by Lara Adrian

Give me an alpha male vampire any day and I’m swooning. Lucan is smart, passionate, sexy, and dominate in the best way. He’s the leader of the Order, and yet he doesn’t utilize his position for his own gain, he honors and cares for his team, and respects them all (and he remains in every book, even in the spin-off). Not to mention, he’s a savage in bed, and the heat could burn you from the inside out.

Gyspy from Viper by Patricia A. Rasey

A sexy, experienced, foul-mouthed trickster and smart-ass motorcycle club member and vampire? No more needs to be said. Gypsy’s specific book won’t come out until April 28th, but he is in the first two novels: Viper and Hawk. He’s a man-whore, but in the upcoming novel, we’ll get to see him taken down a notch, and his stone-cold demeanor vanishing? THAT is something that all women love.

Riley

Branden Kel-Paten from Games of Command by Linnea Sinclair

Kel-Paten has a secret crush on Tasha. Dare I use the word sweet for an Admiral? Plus it's cool to hang out with a biocybe.

Blade from Kiss of Steel by Bec McMaster

According to the Echeolon, the powers that be - the Devil of Whitechapel is a criminal. But Blade is a self-made man, who takes care of his people. His honor makes him very attractive!

Phaeton Black from The Seduction of Phaeton Black by Jillian Stone

I love Phaeton's sense of humor. But mostly, Phaeton is very sexy. Of course he is on the list!

Charles Cornick from the Alpha and Omega series by Patricia Briggs

Charles is the understated Alpha. Very intense. His is also ultra protective, because, you know, hallways are sometimes perilous.

Gwenvael the Handsome from What a Dragon Should Know by G. A. Aiken

OMG, Gwenvael cracks me up!

  2. I love Daniel Grant from Georgina Guthrie's Words series. I'm re-reading the books right now. :-)

  3. Julian Bellamy from Three Nights with a Scoundrel by Tessa Dare! Sigh... So romantic. I love it when a guy doesn't think he deserves the girl he wants so he tries to give her the best. But he doesn't realize he is who she wants and is the best for her.

  13. Loved reading all your hall pass choices and seeing many that I adore too. Yay for the Sci-Fi entry with Branden Kel-Paten. He is not an obvious choice. Actually there are several fun and surprising choices. Great list, ladies!

  14. Great list! There are some that I have read and others that I haven't. The one that tops my list is Wrath from the Black Dagger Brotherhood by JR Ward. There are many others, but that book has been reread so many times!

  19. There are quite a few, but I'm going to have to go with Colton Donovan from the Driven Trilogy by K Bromberg. I noticed this series didn't make any of the lists, but I'd like to thank you ladies for giving me some books to add to my TBRs
